About Course
This course Extracurriculars & Leadership, empowers students to become confident, responsible, and empathetic leaders who can work effectively with others. Through engaging team challenges, reflection activities, and group discussions, learners develop essential leadership and collaboration skills.
Students will explore different leadership styles, communication strategies, and decision-making approaches, learning how to motivate peers and resolve conflicts. By the end of the semester, students will understand that leadership is not about authority but about responsibility, cooperation, and positive influence.
