About Course
This course helps Grade 9 students transition smoothly into high school life by focusing on personal wellness, emotional intelligence, and mindful habits.
Through weekly activities, students learn to recognize how physical health, emotional awareness, and balanced digital use affect their focus and happiness. By tracking daily routines, reflecting on emotions, and practicing mindfulness, students will design their own strategies for managing stress, maintaining motivation, and living intentionally.
By the end of the semester, students will have a personal Wellness Portfolio — a collection of reflections, trackers, and creative projects that represent their growth toward a healthier and more mindful lifestyle.
