2. Digital Products & Online Courses
   Due to the nature of our digital products and services, which are delivered immediately or provide access to proprietary content:

Refunds are not available for digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, memberships, or subscriptions once access has been granted.

If you encounter technical issues that prevent access to your purchased content, please contact us, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

3. Services
   Payments for services (including, but not limited to, consulting, coaching, tutoring, or instructional services) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or scheduled, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the purchase.

If a service must be canceled by Eagle Modern Academy, you will be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.
